Creative Brief/Request Forms

At PDFriendly, we want to make it simple. Using the years of experience we've had working with clients and gathering information needed to develop high quality creative, we've put together a request form that we hope is easy for you to use and will gather all the elements we need to get started putting your design together.
Click on the icon to the left to fill out your Creative Brief, in as little as 5 minutes. You can attach logos, photos or other graphics to be used in your project. Simply click "submit" when you're done. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation of your request and our Creative Pros will take it from there.

You can keep a copy of the form on your computer and fill out future requests without even going to our site. We're always trying to make it earier for you, our customers, to do business with PDFriendly.

Click on the icon to the left and a pdf file of our Creative Brief will be downloaded to your computer. (If the download does not begin immediately, right click and "save target as" on your hard drive). You can fill out the information, which will take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on your project. You can also attach logos, photos or other graphics to be used in your project. Once you have filled out the request form, simply click "submit" & our Creative Pros will take it from there.

PDFriendly Creative Brief - PDF File

The pdf proof files we will be sending you require Acrobat Reader 8 for you to take advantage of the full functionality of the files. You will be able to make notes directly on the pdf and use the "mark up" tools in the software to relay any changes you have. You can download Adobe Actobat for FREE using the link in the side bar on the right. If you would prefer not to download Acrobat 8, PDFriendly will still be able to develop your project for you, but you will need to communicate any revisions via e-mail. Either way, it works for us & should be easy for you!
